Personnel adhere strictly to federal and state regulatory requirements and comprehensive industry standards to preserve the safety and well being of all workers at the sites, and make every effort to prevent serious and critical incidents that would endanger workers, the general public, and the environment.
Nonetheless, due to the dangers inherent in the nature of the work, incidents can happen. If they do, O'Brien personnel and contractors precisely follow procedures set forth by federal and state regulatory agencies, and the established policies and guidelines set by the company.
